    Executive Chef, Brent Graning comes to us with decades of experience in both large and small kitchens, bringing us great new ideas to incorporate into our already solidly tasty menu.  Brent is dedicated to making your mouths water.  He has oodles of homemade from scratch recipes from sauces to batters to dinner roles and desserts.  His enthusiasm for the best shines through in all areas of his kitchen.  He will be sure to knock your socks off!  

A Word from Brent....

    After weeks of contemplation I have made this exciting move to The Minnow.  I've been working side by side with Clint and Shontel since mid December and know we are going to make a strong, successful team.  Being a part of the construction gives me a feeling of belonging and great pride.  We worked diligently through the last weeks of the project and we are now seeing it all pay off.  People's compliments are rewarding and motivating!  Hope to see you soon at our new restaurant-if I make it out of the kitchen to meet you all!
